We are aware that your professional email address is your primary way to communicate with other researchers and is probably what you use when you are at work. In an era where the web is increasingly filling up with spams, we understand your decision.

However, to protect you from a maximum number of possible spam emails and to keep your inbox clean, these mail providers often use very strict spam filters. Using such filters will sometimes mark non-spam emails as spam, redirecting them to your junk/spam folder. Therefore, we HIGHLY recommend linking your RT-MLPA account with your personal email (such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo...) to make sure that you will receive emails from the RT-MLPA Interface.

Nevertheless, we understand that not everyone has access to their personal inbox in their work environment. For this reason, linking your account to your personal email adress is RECOMMENDED but NOT REQUIRED. If you decide using your professional email, please make sure to keep an eye on your junk/spam folder. The RT-MLPA Interface may send you important emails to manage your account.
